Mt Baldy Ski Lifts
is located in the Angeles National Forest close to the boarder of Los Angeles and SanBernardino Counties. San Antonio Canyon runs south of Mt Baldy where Mt Baldy Rd is accessed by the 10 & 210 freeways via multiple freeway exits in Claremont, Upland, Rancho Cucamonga, Pomona, and Ontario.
Exit Mountain Ave in Upland, drive north on Mountain Ave. After a few lights you will see a stop sigh, continue straight (north). When second stop sign appear, continue slightly left (west) onto Mountain Ave. Continue passing dam on your left and Ranger station on your right. After the ranger station, you will cross small bridge. Take the next turn right (north) uphill onto Mt Baldy Rd. Continue 4 miles to the village and other 3 miles to Ski Lifts
Exit Baseline Rd. in Claremont. When on Baseline go west, to Monte Vista/Padua Ave (couple hundred yards). Turn North on Padua, follow for a mile to the next light (always blinking red). Turn East (right) onto Mt Baldy Rd. Follow the Mt Baldy Rd. for about 7 miles to the Village and other 3 miles up to Ski lifts.
Any way you take, do not forget, that there is no gas station or general store once you exit the freeway.
